QUESTIONS ABOUT AMENITIES
Smoking is not permitted on our deck or in our guest rooms. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied if guests smoke in their room.
Complimentary wi-fi is available on The Hammetts Hotel Guest network and no password is required.
Yes, the fitness center overlooks downtown Newport and has cardio equipment, free weights, and a BODYCRAFT all-in-one machine.
The hotel does not have refrigerators or microwaves in guest rooms or available to be brought to guest rooms.
All guest rooms have either one king or queen size bed in the room and a built-in daybed with extra linen conveniently located in the draw underneath. All suites have a full-sized sleeper sofa.
Complimentary Illy coffee and Dammann Tea is available in the lobby daily from 6am-12pm.
Guaranteed check in is at 4pm. However, if you arrive early and a room is available, we are more than happy to check you in. If a room is not ready when you arrive, we can store your bags and park your vehicle until your room becomes available. If you call prior to your arrival, we are unable to confirm an early check in.

Yes, Giusto serves up freestyle Italian cuisine and is independently owned by Chef Kevin O’Donnell.
