We’re big on community, that’s why we made sure to include plenty of common space for our guests to enjoy. Here are some of our rooms that guests, businesses, and locals can rent for everything from meetings to special occasions.
MURRAY & SULLIVAN ROOM
Take the stuffiness out of a board meeting or book a team meeting in our Murray or Sullivan Rooms. Comfortably furnished with upholstered chairs and small tables, but complete with all of the tech hookups you might require, the two meeting spaces open into one large space for events, receptions, or to accommodate larger teams. If you don’t need that much space, the doors between the rooms can be closed. These spaces are also a great spot for guests to work or relax when they’re not in use. Ask and we can add in a bar for a small cocktail hour depending on the nature of your event.

Outdoor Spaces
Our outdoor spaces are not available for private use. The uncovered Patio and our heated covered Quarter Deck are both available to all hotel guests first come, first served. They can be best used as the perfect meet-up point or night-cap location for you and your guests to enjoy Newport’s Waterfront and stunning sunset views. How It Works
Group blocks are offered midweek and on select weekend dates – every weekend is different. To secure a room block, a guarantor must determine the size of the block needed and provide credit card guarantee that the rooms will be used.
In some cases, a small percentage of attrition can be negotiated. Group blocks may be subject to a minimum number of nights, which may not be the same terms set forth for individual guests.
Rates are published on a rolling 12 months basis. Social groups will only be considered up to one year in advance.
